My Testimony
I grew up as a highly moral, golden child in a Christian home. I thought of Jesus as a major help in attaining righteousness before God, but not my only hope. I thought that as long as my good deeds outweighed my bad, then I would go to heaven. It wasn't until early high school when God opened my eyes to the depth of my sin and that my very core was wicked. He showed me I needed a new heart (Ezekiel 36:26-27), and that was when I trusted in Jesus to save me from myself.
