HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE GIVING ACCOUNT TO CHANGE MY INFORMATION OR MY GIVING?
For future donations, or to make changes to your payment methods or your recurring gifts, log in to the Online Giving site by entering your email address used in setting up your contribution and enter your current password.
HOW DO I RESET OR CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To reset your password, go to Giving Form, then click “Sign In”. After entering your email address an option, a
“Forgot password?” link will appear where under where you would be promoted to input your password.
CAN I GIVE TO A STAFF MEMBER VIA TEXT MESSAGE?
CO St. Louis does not currently provide this as an option to give to members of our team.
CAN I GIVE TO MULTIPLE STAFF ALL AT ONCE?
Yes! With OnlineGiving, you can set up multiple gifts at once. Select the first staff member’s gift fund and enter the amount you would like to give. Then click the “+ Add Donation” button below the staff member’s name to add a second staff gift. There is no limit to the number of gifts you can set up.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT?
To receive an email of your YTD contribution please email Julie Robinson, COSTL Resource Direction at julie.robinson@campusoutreach.org. She will also be able to provide a print copy to be sent via mail.

HOW DO I DONATE THROUGH STOCK?
The Fidelity brokerage DTC# and Account# are needed to transfer the stock from your account to the church. Please notify Peter Harre (peterh@chespres.org) when you make the transfer. You will be provided with the necessary tax basis information after the sale. Include the details of the donation including ticker, shares and date of gift for stock donations. Also, please provide any guidance about how you would like the donated funds to be used in ministry, otherwise, funds will be used for general ministry activities.
Following is the suggested language to include in the notification to your broker: I (we) would like to make a gift of stock on [insert date] to Chesterfield Presbyterian Church. Please transfer [number] shares of [company name] to Chesterfield Presbyterian Church in [indicate month, year when you would like transfer to occur].

DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS FOR GIFTS TO STAFF?
Because gifts are given to ministry of Campus Outreach St Louis, no refunds can be given. If an extenuating family circumstance comes up please contact us for help.
DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS FOR GIFTS TO SUMMER PROJECTS?
Due to IRS regulations all support raised by each STP participant goes toward the cost of the Summer Project, not an individual participant. Therefore money donated cannot be returned if a particular individual were not able to attend. Any gifts received in excess of each project’s budget will be used to further Campus Outreach St. Louis Ministries. All contributions to Campus Outreach St.Louis are income tax deductible and are under the direction of Chesterfield Presbyterian Church. The donor has not received any tangible goods or services for this contribution. Campus Outreach St. Louis endeavors to use gifts where suggested. Contributions are solicited with the understanding that Campus Outreach St. Louis has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.
