Within our organization, every meeting, retreat, and conference requires the creation and design of promotional material. Members of our team operate the website, design flyers, create videos, photograph events, and do work in graphic design.

We are looking for individuals skilled in design, media, marketing, or communications and want to use their gifting to bring others closer to Christ.

We believe that God is the owner of all things, and that He has entrusted us at COI resources to use for His glory. That is why it so important to us to manage and steward His resources well and make the most of what we have been given.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help with conference/retreat budgets, negotiating contracts, reimbursements, tracking donations, compensation/benefits, and organizational fundraising.

Have you enjoyed attending one of our conferences or retreats and ever wondered what all goes into the planning and implementation of it? On the Resource Team, we are continually working throughout the year on events that range anywhere from two students to one thousand students. Our goal every time is to bring students closer to God, whether they be investigating their faith or seeking to grow in their faith.

Members of our team get the opportunity to help with New Year’s Conference, Fall & Spring Conference, The Orlando Project, Summer in the City, CCP South Africa, and Senior Mobilization.

Creating a healthy team dynamic and preparing our staff for their position’s specific responsibilities is very important to us at COI. That is why we put on multiple trainings throughout the year to help our team develop professionally and spiritually in their role with COI.

Working within Human Resources with us, your role could entail any of the following: Support Coaching, coordinating Staff Trainings, Team Building, Hiring & Recruitment, Designing Internships, and more.
